In our findings we found out that there are actually more openly lesbian chefs than gay chefs in the industry...a very interesting realization indeed.

I would be really interested in the ratio of straight female chefs versus lesbian chefs in the industry. The food industry is still a male dominated field and I wonder how much "fitting in" with the boys goes with going up the ranks in such a work environment.
